Refund policy

Returns:
Returns of regular priced, unused items with original tags attached are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:
Special Orders of any kind, ALL bits, and used items are not returnable or exchangable.

Refunds:
If your purchase was made within 30 days we will accept it for refund in unused condition with original tags still attached.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return(s) are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale, final sale or clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If we have stock of the item you'd like to exchange for we are more than happy to do so within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with what you need at sarah.hoog@cuatxtack.com and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, you'll also need to cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
