We take a Non-Refundable 50% deposit plus the full cost of any upgrades at the time of order. The remaining balance plus shipping is due prior to shipment or pick up of boots.
Boots are guaranteed for 30 days after delivery. If you have ANY Sizing or design issue with your boots you have 10 DAYS from the date of delivery to inform us. After 10 days the boots are YOURS and no refunds or exchanges can be made.
